How do I receive the program?
Once you have purchased a program and entered all your personal details, you will be redirected to the members area and emailed instructions on how to download the app. From there you will have your program ready to access.
Is this a subscription based program?
Yes. You have the option of a 4 weekly based program or annual. You will receive new training programs, masterclasses and content each month in addition to monthly coaching calls and support from the Onyx Performance team. You are not locked into a contract and can cancel anytime.
Are the programs available world wide?
Yes of course. We have clients all over the world.
Is the program the same every month?
No, each month offers something new. This includes increasing the weights you lift, introducing new exercise variations, and adjusting your diet as your body evolves. It’s important to continually challenge your body to ensure progress.
Do you cater for vegan and vegetarian diets?
No. Please DO NOT purchase if you are seeking dietary advice for non-meat eaters. Go to find a specialist in that area.
I’ve already tried everything. Why would this work?
No, you’ve tried diet culture.
You’ve tried calorie-counting apps, “balance” in life, bootcamps, quick fixes and restrictive nonsense that only works short term.
ONYX isn’t that.
We don’t do diets. We don’t do counting grains of rice into plastic pots. We don’t do punishment.
We rewire your identity, build your body with progressive strength training, and lock in high-performance habits that actually last.
If you’ve tried everything - good. That means you already know what doesn’t work. Now it’s time for what does.
Does ONYX offer check-ins or is it just a program to follow?
Neither.
We don’t spoon-feed our clients, and we don’t cheerlead our clients. If the only way you can stay motivated is if someone is chasing you, then ONYX is not for you.
We don’t tailor what we do to your “preferences.” That’s exactly what got you stuck in the first place, you trying to shoehorn your “preferences.” into a plan and because you are intelligent and pull the wool over the eyes of most people, you got away with it - that does not happen here.
We teach you to achieve emotional freedom around food so you build your diet around what’s optimal for your goals not your cravings or compulsions.
So yes, it’s our way or the highway. Our system works for time-poor, high-achieving women over 35. Not for protein pancake addicts or boutique cardio junkies.

I'm too busy right now - should I wait?

Do I need to count calories or track macros?
Absolutely not.
Counting calories is the hamster wheel you’ve been stuck on for years. We’re not here to feed your obsession. It’s boring and completely unnecessary.
Instead, we use a baseline nutrition framework: 30–50g protein, 3 meals a day, real food, repeat.
This works for fat loss, performance, hormones and cravings and frees you from the diet app prison.
Is this only for entreprenuers?
No. ONYX is for high-achieving women.
Period.
Whether you’re an entrepreneur, founder, exec, lawyer, doctor or professional, what matters is that you’re ambitious, driven and done with mediocrity.
The only non-negotiable? You must have standards.
What if I "fall off the wagon"?
That’s old thinking.

Do you give me a meal plan to follow?
Meal plans can help for ideas but they trap you in dependency. You are not a 2 yr old who needs to be fed by mum.
At ONYX, we teach principles first, so you can adapt anywhere: on the go, traveling, or at dinner with colleagues.
Are protein pancakes, smoothies and “healthy” snacks good meal options?
Protein pancakes…
Low fat Greek yogurt with protein powder mixed in…
Breakfast “smoothies”...
There’s nothing “bad” or “wrong” with these foods…
Except that the satiety, satiation, and nutrient density is through the floor compared to a meal designed for grown ups who don’t need to be entertained by meal times!

Workout Plans
Is this beginner friendly?
It is preferable you have had at least 6 months of weight training experience with a face to face trainer. However, the training programs can be done if you're new to the gym. You can start with weights that match your fitness level and gradually increase as you progress.
Can I do the workout plan at home?
Home workouts are not included with this plan. Do not expect to get the same results working out in your kitchen with a band and pink dumbells. However, if you have a good selection of weights at home – heavy dumbells (or adjustable DBs like Bowflex), a bench, and a barbell with plates, you can adapt the workouts to home. We aim to get every woman confident in the gym or to build a substantial home gym.
Do I need to do cardio or run to lose weight?
No. Cardio is amazing and has many MANY health benefits and we do include it in some programs.
However, cardio often increases cravings and physical hunger.
Walking + intelligent strength training is smarter, leaner and sustainable for a fat loss phase.
Should I work out more often to see faster results?
No. 3 training sessions a week is enough. We don’t workout to “burn calories”.
You don’t need six workouts a week, you need smart programming, maximum results in minimum time, and recovery that keeps you sharp in business and life.
Will lifting weights make me bulky?
No.
Binge eating, emotional eating, stress eating, compulsive eating, mindless eating, grazing and snacking make you bulky…
Lifting weights makes you lean, strong, and sexy.

How do I cancel?
To cancel your subscription you must email support with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that once you cancel your account, all plans and support will be removed from your account.
